MEDICLUS - ANY-FLEX - POLY VINYL SILOXANE Impression Material
High viscosity hydrophilic vinyl polysiloxane material (A silicone) for high-precision impressions, for taking a base impression.
APPLICATION AREA
- Taking high-precision impressions using multiphase technique.
- Removing the base layer using the sandwich technique.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE
One-step technique:
- Fill the impression tray with the pre-applied spoon adhesive.
- Apply corrective material from the pistol to the prepared area, slowly insert the impression tray into the oral cavity and hold it without applying pressure.
- Remove the impression from the oral cavity after the hardening time (3 min).
- Remove excess material from the oral cavity, place the impression in a disinfectant solution for 10 minutes, then rinse the impression with water for 15 seconds.
Two-step technique:
- Fill the impression tray with the pre-applied spoon adhesive.
- Slowly insert the impression tray into the mouth and hold it without applying pressure.
- Remove the impression from the mouth after 3 minutes, clean and dry.
- Cut out undercuts, septa, etc. and make branch ducts if necessary.
- Apply the corrective impression material from the gun to the resulting baseline impression on the corresponding side and / or to the prepared area and insert the impression tray into the oral cavity.
- Remove the impression from the oral cavity after the curing time of the corrective material has passed.
- Remove excess material from the oral cavity, place the impression in a disinfectant solution for 10 minutes, and then rinse the impression with water for 15 seconds.
Sandwich technique:
- Apply adhesive to the impression tray.
- Fill the tray with impression material.
- Press the groove to create space for the dentition.
- Apply a thin layer of corrective material into the groove of the first layer.
- Squeeze the corrective material into the gingival sulcus around the margins of the prepared tooth.
- Place the spoon in the patient's mouth. The tray should be inserted slowly, ensuring a smooth flow of the impression material.
- Hold the impression in place calmly, without excessive pressure, until the final hardening of the material for 3 minutes.
Characteristic:
- A-silicone with a final hardness of 65/60 Shore.
- Elastic recovery 99.67%.
- Mixing ratio: base / catalyst 1: 1.
- Working time from the start of mixing up to 2 minutes at an ambient temperature of 21 C.
- Curing time in the oral cavity 3.30 minutes (37 C).
- Differs in dimensional stability after 24 hours 0.063%.
- Blue color.
